Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus gives storm update

Orange County Executive spoke with News 12 to give an update on the nor’easter in the area.
There is currently a winter weather advisory is in effect in Orange County.
Neuhaus tells News 12 that the storm isn't as bad as everyone thought it would be. He says there are some accidents with cars off the road, but there hasn't been an unusual volume of emergencies.
He says it could be because many of the people have stayed home, and the schools made a great decision to close.
Neuhaus says the storm will be tapering off by the end of the day which will allow crews to get caught up.
He says there have been some power outages in the county and hopes they will be resolved soon.
