Residents of 3 Main St. in Tarrytown say they've been without heat since before sunrise Thursday morning.
Also on Thursday, the high temperature only reached 17 degrees.
Officials say there was a boiler issue that has since been resolved and that the building would have heat restored by the end of the day.
Police Sgt. Frank Gianpiccolo says residents who lose their heat when a Code Blue has been issued can call police. The code signifies dangerously cold temperatures outside.
