News 12 got an exclusive look at what it takes to be a Radio City Rockette.

Rockettes say they do 32 show weeks with about 300 kicks per show.

Many of the performers in the show say they had to audition multiple times before being accepted.

Chappaqua native Karen Keeler choreographs all the Rockette numbers and says she couldn't be prouder of the stars of the show.

"Just watching everyone bring their best every day is truly magical," Keeler says.

The 84th Radio City Christmas Spectacular is running through January 1 in Manhattan.
