Police: Uber driver had fake Department of Justice ID

An Uber driver was busted in Hudson County after Port Authority police say he was using a Department of Justice I.D.
According to the Port Authority, police pulled over Andrew Kessler at the Holland Tunnel Toll Plaza in Jersey City just before 7 p.m. Friday.
Officers said Kessler showed them an ID from the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons, but it was fake.
The Queens man is now charged with impersonating a public servant and carrying banned weapons.
