It happened on Hamilton Avenue in Yonkers just after 1 a.m.
Once emergency workers arrived on scene, the man was alive and responsive, but seriously injured.
He was taken to Jacobi Hospital.
Witnesses say the man fell from the rooftop, but police are not commenting at this time.
