Nanuet man pleads guilty, admits he was on drugs during fatal crash

NANUET -

A Nanuet man admitted to causing a crash that killed a New City couple.

Matthew Sindone pleaded guilty today to aggravated vehicular homicide.

Prosecutors say Sindone was impaired by drugs when he slammed his SUV into Neil and Aline Block's car in June. 

Sindone says he took Xanax and other drugs just before the crash.

He's expected to be sentenced in January.
