YONKERS -

A fundraiser was held in Yonkers Monday evening for victims of hurricanes Harvey and Irma in Texas and Florida

The event was held at La Lanterna in Yonkers.

A $50 donation at the door provided dinner, drinks and a massage.

The owner of La Lanterna says the proceeds of the event will go to those hit hardest by Harvey and Irma.

The venue also accepted supplies for victims and offered raffles, with prizes provided by 16 businesses.

The owner of La Lanterna says people can still drop by in the next day or two to make a donation.
