A bus bound for White Plains was stopped by police in New Rochelle Friday after a passenger allegedly threatened the driver.
The bus was stopped on Woodland Avenue and Main Street in New Rochelle with roughly a dozen passengers on board.
News 12 is told a passenger allegedly made a threat to the driver. Westchester County police then surrounded the bus, and officers went inside the bus and took the suspect into custody.
It is still unclear what the charges are.
Authorities on the scene have not yet confirmed that any threats were made.
County police say no one was hurt, and they are investigating the incident.
