There will soon be a new place to stay in Westchester County. The V Hotel is a new boutique hotel that's coming to downtown New Rochelle next year. City leaders broke ground of the eight-story hotel at 43 Church St. today. The V hotel will have 80 luxury guest rooms and amenities, including a full service bar and restaurant, meeting space and an exercise room.
