A Westchester attorney is accused of putting his cellphone camera up the skirts of two teenage girls.

Police say Samuel Jackson put his cellphone camera underneath two 19-year-old girls’ skirts at the Belmont Racetrack on Long Island Saturday.

Police say they are still investigating if Jackson actually captured any images.

The 28-year-old was wearing a Fordham Law school shirt as he was transported to Nassau County court Sunday morning.

It was revealed in court that Jackson is a graduate of that law school and is a practicing attorney.

Investigators say an NYPD detective who was on duty at the Belmont Racetrack saw Jackson approach the teens from behind.

They say Jackson stood directly behind them and placed his cellphone under one of the teen's skirt then did the same thing to the other teen.

Police say the teens had no idea it was happening.

Jackson has been charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance.

News 12 reached out to RAS Associates in Purchase, where Jackson works. The man who answered said he was unaware of the situation and had no comment.
