“Trumpcare” gets scrutinized in Orange County

Dozens of people in Orange County are meeting today to voice their "Trumpcare" concerns.
That gathering is being hosted this afternoon by Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D) at his office on Grand Street in Newburgh.
The Democratic Congressman has been vocal in his opposition to a health care bill that passed by four votes in the House of Representatives last week.
Concerns about coverage with pre-existing conditions, expected cuts and out-of-pocket patient costs are among discussion topics today.
Many of the people attending the meeting tell News 12 that they are currently on Obamacare, Medicaid or Medicare and worried about what the new law means for them.
