Westchester, Hudson Valley brace for second major snowstorm of 2007

Harrison officials were preparing Sunday for a massive storm that's expected to dump up to six inches of snow across Westchester and the Hudson Valley.
Road crews had more than 2,000 tons of salt, plenty of snowplows and a plan. Village officials say they want to get out ahead of the storm to keep roadways safe. The Valentine's Day snowfall caught many homeowners and businesses off guard. The Food Emporium has stocked up on winter supplies and placed them at the front of the store.
However, many residents say they're not too worried about the storm system, which is being blamed for at least seven traffic deaths in Wisconsin. Other Harrison residents are taking a proactive approach, saying they don't want to be snowed-in without food.
