Drug suspect accused of peddling pot at the pumps
Federal agents descended on a gas station in White Plains Friday and arrested a man for allegedly selling marijuana on the job.
According to police, 36-year-old Carlos Fuentas was found with 16 grams of marijuana at the Getty Gas Station on Bank Street and Irving Place. Police also say they seized cash in the raid. Fuentas faces charges of criminal possession of marijuana and violation of probation for previous drug charges.
The drug investigation also netted the arrest of another man in Pelham. The U.S. Probation Department executed a search warrant on a house on Wolf?s Lane. Police arrested Robert Delgado at his place of work, a gas station on Shore Road. Delgado is charged with violating his probation after police say they found two 6-ounce packets of marijuana at his home.
