Residents brace for another winter weather blast

Westchester and Hudson Valley residents barely had enough time to clean up from Thursday?s storm before preparing for another hit Saturday night.

Snow and freezing rain were expected into the morning hours. Strong winds and rain will remain Sunday with the potential for flooding. Winter storm and weather advisories were issued Saturday.

Tow truck companies geared up for a long night, preparing to handle phone calls and accidents related to the weather.

Workers at County Towing in Yonkers said the major obstacle they?re likely to deal with is ice. They advise motorists to drive slowly in the messy conditions.
