Yonkers breakfast honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Local community leaders gathered at the Nepperhan Community Center in Yonkers Monday to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Those who attended the 22nd annual breakfast say they work every day to keep Dr. King?s message alive. Many say the message in his ?I Have a Dream? speech still rings true today.

Leaders spoke about the life of Dr. King, while others honored him through song at the breakfast.
