Report details 2002 attack on murder victim

A police report provided to News 12 by a Florida police department describes a 2002 armed invasion and robbery targeting Ben Novack Jr., who was found dead Sunday at the Hilton Rye Town.

The report, provided by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, states that Novack placed blame for the attack on his wife, Narcy Novack, and local mobsters.

Police say Narcy Novack countered the allegations by claiming that her husband knew about the armed invasion, which she said was part of an elaborate sex game between her and her husband.

No charges have been brought against Narcy Novack.
