WC residents uncertain about Obama's health care plan

Westchester residents have some very strong opinions when it comes to President Barack Obama's call for health care reform.
While many residents agree that changes need to be made to the health care system, they're not sure they like how the President is going about it. News 12 Westchester spoke with people who say one major concern is how to pay for the nearly $1 trillion price tag.
The president says two-thirds would come from cutting wasteful spending and redirecting federal funds, the other third must come from higher taxes for the rich. Obama wants the bill passed by the time Congress breaks for August recess.
