Pearl River family mourns son's death

The parents of a Pearl River teen who drowned while vacationing in North Carolina returned home Friday and spoke to News 12 about their son's death.
Gregg and Grace Cosgrove say coming home without their 12-year-old son Chance was surreal. The teenager was swept away while body boarding a week ago.
"The mornings are the hardest because every morning I wake up and I realize it's not a bad dream," says Gregg Cosgrove.
The Cosgroves were greeted in Pearl River by the sight of thousands of blue ribbons that friends and neighbors hung Thursday throughout town in honor of their son.
