Hoboken Int’l Film Festival kicks off in Middletown

The 11th annual Hoboken International Film Festival kicked off Friday night -- in Middletown.
Throughout the week, more than 150 feature films, documentaries, shorts and TV pilots will screen at the Paramount Theater.
The film festival moved to Orange County after Superstorm Sandy destroyed its previous facilities in New Jersey.
Officials say it has since infused millions of dollars into the economy near its new location. Thousands of people attend each year.
The festival runs through June 9 and will wrap up with an awards ceremony hosted by Gilbert Gottfried.
