A Ramapo podiatrist accused of trying to have his wife killed is now being sued by her.
Dr. Ira Bernstein is facing charges that he conspired with his girlfriend, Kelly Gribeluk, to have Susan Bernstein murdered.
Susan Bernstein is suing her estranged husband, claiming he failed to give her five properties that they had agreed upon when they ended divorce proceedings back in February. The suit was filed last Thursday.
Susan Bernstein's suit demands the title for two apartments in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, a house in Spring Valley, a house in New Hempstead and an apartment building in downtown Haverstraw.

A woman who currently lives in the Spring Valley house tells News 12 that Kelly Gribeluk had been living there until February.
Ira Bernstein is free on $600,000 bail. Gribeluk's bail was also set at $600,000, but she remains in jail.
