No infestation found at White Plains movie theater

A White Plains movie theater was given a clean bill of health Tuesday.

The Cinema de Lux at the City Center had been the focus of attention following complaints of mice, lice and bedbugs in the theater.

On Tuesday, both the city and the theater said that no evidence of any infestation was found.

The latest inspection was conducted by a pest control service chosen by the city.

The city says the public should not have any concerns about visiting the theater, and it considers the matter "closed."
