Two Dunkin’ Donuts shops burglarized

Police are investigating two separate burglaries overnight involving Dunkin' Donut shops.

The first one happened around 2:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Dunkin' Donuts on Central Avenue in Yonkers. The delivery person says he saw that the front window had been broken. Police say the cash register was stolen.

About a half-hour later, the same thing happened at the Dunkin' Donuts on Lincoln Avenue in Pelham.

Police are trying to determine if the burglaries are related.
