Booze, smoking may cause back pain

If you are like many Americans who suffer from lower back pain, a new study names a few things you should probably stay away from.



Researchers say that smoking, alcohol abuse, obesity and depression can be risk factors for low back pain.



The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that low back pain affects nearly one-third of Americans that have high medical costs and overall chronic pain.



Eliminating things like nicotine and fatty foods from your life can help prevent the condition.
