BX teacher gets students involved at NYC Marathon

A Bronx teacher running in Sunday's TCS New York City Marathon is getting help from her students to cross the finish line.
Caroline Cobb, a 12th-grade English teacher at the Bronx Center for Science and Math, will run Sunday's race for the second year.
As Cobb laces up, 80 of her students will be volunteering in the race by standing at mile 20 to give out waters and bananas to the runners.
Cobb says her students' support is what will help her get through the marathon.
This is the second year that the seniors are volunteering as part of their Fall Service Day to encourage community support. The students must complete 100 hours before they graduate.
