The roads in Stony Point have been pretreated and crews there are running through last-minute preparations ahead of the snowstorm.

Trucks are also ready to clear and treat miles of road within the town of Stony Point once the snow falls.
Superintendent of Highways Karl Javenes says they expect to use 300 tons of salt this storm, with nine plow routes to handle a total of 53 miles of road.
There will be one highway worker assigned to each route, as well as a mechanic and a foreman working, too.
"If the residents could keep the cars off the roads, then that will be very helpful. And if you don't have to go out, don't go out," says Javenes.
It's important to stay off the roads and take any basketball hoops or other large objects off streets as well.
