The County's Office of Emergency Management tells News 12 that its biggest concern is power outages.

News 12's Nikita Ramos was off Route 17 in Central Valley where slick roads and rain made for rough ride Thursday.
Ramos spoke with residents about the possibility of seeing flurries on Friday.
"I'm definitely a summer person, so any onset of winter is not appreciated by me…so I really hope it doesn't snow," says JJ Janikis, of Central Valley.

It says all three Orange County utility companies have been in touch and are taking the storm very seriously. Some have even brought in mutual aid
News 12 noticed people fueling up. Officials say people should keep gas tanks at least half-full in case of emergency.
