A storm is expected to coat the Hudson Valley through early Wednesday morning.
Following a big dip in temperatures in the evening, a fresh layer of up to 1 inch of snow is set to fall. The bulk of the storm is expected to stay just to the south and east of the Hudson Valley.
Expect snow showers to start moving in around 8:30 p.m. in some areas. Aside from some lingering bands of snow, the system should be gone by around 3 a.m.
There also could be an isolated snow shower or two through Wednesday afternoon that could bring up to 1 inch of snow flurries. A stiff breeze could make temperatures feel like in the teens during the overnight hours.
