Storm cleanup continues in Chappaqua
Crews in Chappaqua spent Tuesday working to clean up the aftermath of Monday night's storm that wreaked havoc in town, downing tree limbs and power lines.
The storm, which pummeled the area with heavy rain and winds, left some 3,700 households without power. By 3 p.m., however, Con Edison had restored power to most of its customers.
Several main roadways, including Route 120, remained closed for most of Tuesday morning until crews cleared away the aftermath of the storm.
