The owner of the Bread Factory in New Rochelle was robbed outside of his store on Tuesday.
Anthony Orza, 87, said a man, later identified as Edward Conklin, asked if Orza could spare a dollar, so he pulled out the cash he had on him to give him a few bucks.
Orza says as he handed the money over,  the suspect grabbed a few hundred dollars. After a struggle with Orza, he took off.
The store owner's daughter Andrea came running outside after catching the incident on the surveillance camera. She said after a half-mile pursuit, Conklin ran into a building where police arrested him.
Conklin was charged and released.
