Stew Leonard's is holding a contest to find local products to showcase on their shelves.
The contest is called “Stew’s Tank” and encourages local chefs and restaurants to pitch their famous dish or product to the grocery chain.
Stew Leonard's currently carries local products from across New York state but lacks products from Westchester.
Winners of the contest will have their food stocked on shelves in front of over 50,000 shoppers per store, per week, throughout the tri-state region.
"Our customers love local products and there's something nice and would like to support the community's family businesses,” says owner Stew Leonard Jr.
There are only three days left to enter the contest.
