State police reveal names of victims involved in fatal crash on Easter

They say the accident happened on I-87 northbound near Exit 1 around 4:40 a.m. on Easter.

State police on Thursday revealed the names of the victims involved in a fatal wrong-way crash in Yonkers.
They say the accident happened on I-87 northbound near Exit 1 around 4:40 a.m. on Easter.
Qualasia Willis, 27, was driving southbound in the northbound lane when she struck 22-year-old Isabel Steger head on.
Steger, died at an area hospital.
One of the passengers, 23-year-old Julia Ring, remains in serious but stable condition at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.
Willis was also hospitalized and being treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
