Vassar College students will be able to vote on campus come Election Day next week.
Groups that represent the students filed a lawsuit this week, arguing the Dutchess County Board of Elections violated state law by failing to put a polling place on campus.
The judge granted the students their petition, so there should be a polling place situated on campus in time for Tuesday Election Day.
