A Somers mother arrested for allegedly driving drunk with her children in the car appeared in court Friday, where a judge relaxed a court order barring her from contact with her husband and kids.State troopers say Jeanine Chrysogelos drove her two children home from school Wednesday after she had been drinking. Authorities say she passed out in the driveway while her sons ran to a neighbor's house to call for help. Police say Chrysogelos had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit. Chrysogelos has been charged with aggravated DWI and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. In court, Chrysogelos learned that she will have limited contact with her children and her husband until her next court appearance on December 29. She will be able to visit with her family this weekend and at Christmas. Chrysogelos will not be allowed any other contact, except by phone, until a further review later this month.
