The chilly fall weather didn't stop hundreds from lacing up in White Plains this morning for a good cause.
Over 700 runners pounded the pavement for the 10th annual Westchester Medical Center Running Festival. The proceeds from the race help fund services at the hospital.
Many runners took the half-marathon seriously, while others just tried their hardest to get through it.
The run closed down the Bronx River Parkway for over six miles from the Westchester Medical Center to Scarsdale Road.
