Rockland mourns the passing of former sheriff

Flags are flying at half-staff and bunting has been draped outside of the Rockland County Sheriff's building in honor of a former sheriff who passed away.
James Kralik died Monday at the age of 74.
Known as "Cowboy Kralik," he spent nearly 50 years with the department. He was elected Sheriff in 1991 and retired from his post in 2011.
There is no word yet on a cause of death or funeral plans.
