A motorcycle fire at a busy Rockland County intersection that snarled traffic has been extinguished, and the roads are now reopened.
The Town of Ramapo Police Department shared photos on its Facebook page showing the motorcycle engulfed in flames at the intersection of North Airmont Road and the northbound Thruway exit.
The rider was safely removed from the motorcycle. The Tallman Volunteer Fire Department responded and put out the fire.
