The list of honorees included Detective Debra Monahan, Lt. Joanne Fratianni, Officer Najjah Scott and Renee Patridge, of the Ramapo Police Department.
Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh thanked the honorees for their dedication to keep communities safe while upholding the highest standards of the profession.
