It's all part of a new program called PALS, which stands for Promoting the Acquisition of Lifelong Skills.
It connects teens with internships at the Palisades Center where they learn work skills and explore careers in the retail industry.
There are currently 10 teens from across Rockland participating in the program and three stores, but there are plans to expand that number in the coming years.
