Bed bugs are causing trouble for tenants living in a White Plains apartment complex. Dennis Romancino, a Vietnam veteran, has been living in the rooming house at 131 South Broadway for three years. Romancino says his body is covered with bites and he is constantly itching. Louis Ramirez, who also lives in the house, has experienced the bed bugs first hand. Both men say they've reached out to the landlord who they have been paying rent to regularly, but have not heard back. They also say that the landlord may be trying to run them out of the low-rent rooming house. Calls to the landlord were not returned.
