An Orange County company will reportedly be repairing the "Charging Bull" that stands on Wall Street.
The statue's designer hired Polich Tallix, a fine art foundry in Rock Tavern, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Officials say a Texas man bashed the bull repeatedly with a metal banjo earlier this month.
The attack left the bull with a gash at the base of its right horn.
The Wall Street Journal reports the cost of repairs has already been estimated at $15,000.
