NFL training camps are in full swing, and one former running back who grew up in New Rochelle wants his job back.
Ray Rice told ESPN that he is hopeful he can return to the field and is a "changed man."
Rice was suspended indefinitely by the NFL last year after video showing him punching his then-fiancee was released.
He appealed the ban and was reinstated.
Rice says he hasn't been signed just yet, but teams have expressed interest.
