Ramapo police say a Spring Valley man is under arrest, charged with raping a woman back in October.
They say 35-year-old Omar Richards is charged with first-degree rape.
The victim came forward saying the incident happened in October.
Richards was arraigned and is being held on $100,000 bail at the Rockland County Jail.
He is due back in court Dec. 9.
