A pro-Cuomo rally was held in Times Square Monday ahead of Tuesday's Democratic primary for governor.
Incumbent Gov. Andrew Cuomo is being challenged by Fordham University professor Zephyr Teachout and Randy Credico, who has not actively campaigned in the race.
Hundreds from a hotel workers union packed Times Square on Monday to give Gov. Andrew Cuomo's campaign a last-minute push.
The governor's supporters say that the ongoing investigation into Cuomo's handling of the Moreland Commission will not sway their vote on Tuesday.
Cuomo made no mention of the ethics panel or his Democratic challengers during his speech.
Right now, the race against Teachout isn't close, but the margin of victory matters to Cuomo, who is rumored to have eyes on the White House.
Some say the rally Monday was every bit as much about Kathy Hochul as it was Cuomo because the governor's running mate is facing a serious threat from Columbia University law professor Tim Wu.
If Hochul loses Tuesday, Wu would become Cuomo's running mate in November.
The polls open Tuesday at 6 a.m.
