Putnam County health officials are drawing attention to the significance of vaccinations following a recent study that revealed a decline in immunization rates among children.

Officials say vaccination rates have decreased by nearly 8% from 2019 to 2021.

To better understand the community's attitudes toward childhood vaccines, officials are conducting a survey targeting families with children between the ages of 2 and 5.
