A series of civil disobedience actions areplanned throughout the city in response to the acquittals of threeNew York City undercover detectives in the killing of an unarmedgroom on his wedding day. The Rev. Al Sharpton is leading the protests aimed at puttingpressure on federal authorities to bring civil rights chargesagainst the officers in the Sean Bell case. The three wereacquitted of all charges in a Queens court last month. Simultaneous protests are planned for 3 p.m. Wednesday at sixlocations in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
