Tuesday's powerful storm left hundreds of people in Port Chester in the dark.
Phillipe Campos says he saw a bolt of lightning strike a power line next door to his house, knocking out his electricity and air conditioning. Another power line on Putnam Avenue was knocked out Tuesday afternoon, leaving more homes without electricity.
At the height of the storm, more than 700 homes were without power. Residents say they were relieved to see Con Edison arrive on the scene quickly.
Con Edison crews have since restored all power.
