A man was found dead in a neighbor's yard in Poughkeepsie Wednesday.
Poughkeepsie police say they found the body after conducting a welfare check at 39 Pembroke Drive.
After finding nothing at the man's house, they found the 52-year-old's body in the backyard of a neighboring home.
An autopsy will be done Thursday to determine the cause of death.
