DPW sent video of work being done on Warwick Avenue by Con Edison.
DPW Commissioner Damani Bush says this is the first step in what's expected to be a long process of getting the street repaved.
He says Con Ed needs to complete its work first.
Then sewer lines beneath the street also need to be replaced.
