A Yonkers man is under arrest after police say he attacked his neighbor with a baseball bat.
According to police, the attack happened Tuesday night at a home located at 52 Ravine Ave.
Officials say a 33-year-old man was beaten by his upstairs neighbor with a bat.
Neighbors say they heard a cry for help.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
