A 57-year-old man was arrested early this morning after police say he assaulted his upstairs neighbor.

The incident occurred at 30 Loudon St. in Yonkers.

In a video sent to News 12, Anan Badan is allegedly seen holding an ax and charging up the stairs toward another person. News 12 is told the victim suffered a laceration to their finger, but refused medical attention at the scene.

Authorities say the incident stemmed from a noise dispute inside the apartment building.

Badan is due in court tomorrow. He was charged with felony assault and possession of a weapon.
